🏕️ How to Use SASQUATZ:
A Backcountry Waste Solution
SASQUATZ is a conceptual, ultra-lightweight toilet system designed for responsible waste management in remote environments. It’s compact enough to fit in your backpack and intended for “use and pack out” scenarios.
⚠️ Disclaimer:
This is a prototype concept—not a commercial product. It is not for sale, and it carries no warranty or guarantee. Use at your own discretion.
🧰 Setup Instructions
1. Unpack the Kit
Open the Ziploc bag and remove all contents. You’ll find a 3D-printed frame, a folded support piece, four angled stakes, and a clean waste bag with accessories.

2. Assemble the Frame• Unfold the support piece and flip it so the SASQUATZ logo faces downward.

3.
• Insert the four stakes into the designated slots, with the pointed ends facing into the ground.
• Ensure the stakes angle outward for stability.

⚠️ Note: The frame is not designed to support body weight. You’ll need to hover and aim carefully to avoid soiling the edges.

4. Prepare the Waste Bag• Open the clean waste bag and remove the inner liner, sanitizer, and toilet paper.
• Place the inner bag over the frame. Inside, you’ll find a gel powder designed to solidify up to 32 ounces of liquid waste.
⚠️ Handle the gel powder with care. Refer to the warnings printed on the clean waste bag.

🚮 After Use
1. Twist and seal the inner waste bag securely.
2. Place it into the outer bag.
3. Return everything to the original Ziploc bag for safe transport and disposal.
